This marked as the largest leveraged tech company buyout backed by private equity since the 2007 financial crisis, amounting to $ 24.4 billion. It is the third largest PC vendor in the world and largest supplier of PC monitors in the world with gradually expanding portfolio in providing complete solutions to its enterprise customers.
