What is Wipro Elite NTH?
One of the leading IT companies, Wipro, conducts an Elite National Level Talent Hunt (NTH) to provide an equal opportunity to all engineering graduates of India. It is a National Qualifier Test similar to the one conducted by TCS. NTH consists of an online test, followed by interview rounds.
What is the selection process of NTH?
Elite NTH consists of an online test of 128 minutes. The test is made up of 3 sections that check a candidate’s aptitude, writing and programming skills. Once the candidate clears the online test, he/she is called for a technical and an HR interview. After the selection, the candidates are assigned the following:
Designation: Project Engineer
Compensation: INR 3.50 lacs per annum
Service Agreement: Applicable for 12 months post joining @INR 75,000 on pro rata basis
Who can apply for Wipro Elite NTH?
NTH is open to graduates/postgraduates of all engineering streams (2022 passouts). Further, candidates who have attended any interview held by Wipro in the last six months are ineligible.
How to apply for Elite NTH?
