Wipro conducts a National Talent Hunt to hire the most talented minds for the designation of Project Engineer. It comprises of an online test, followed by two interview rounds. Wipro Elite National Level Talent Hunt exam 2022 is scheduled between 25-27 September 2021. Given below is the selection process of Wipro Elite National Level Talent Hunt.
Wipro Elite NTH - Selection Process
The selection procedure for Elite NTH consists of the following rounds:
- Online Test
- Technical Interview
- HR Interview
The online test is composed of three major sections. The duration of the test is 128 minutes. The table below shows the detailed exam pattern:

Aptitude Test
This section evaluates the candidate’s proficiency in Logical Reasoning, Quantitative Ability and Verbal Ability. Logical Reasoning includes questions on inductive and deductive reasoning. Quantitative Ability covers questions related to basic, applied and engineering Maths. Finally, the Verbal/English part checks the candidate’s vocabulary, grammar and Reading comprehension skills.
Written Communication Test
This section checks your essay writing skills. The given topics are general or related to current affairs. There may not be any word limit for essay. It is advised to write around 100-150 words for essay.
Online Programming Test
In this section, candidate will be given 2 programs for coding. Any one of programming languages can be used for coding test: Java, C, C++ or Python.
Wipro Elite NTH – Interview Rounds
Once the candidate clears the online test, he/she will be called for two interview rounds.
Technical Interview
In this interview, candidate is evaluated for his knowledge of technical subjects. It is advised to be well versed with main subjects of your specialization/stream. Additionally, the interview panel may ask the candidate to write a code/program or solve a question.
HR Interview
This interview round is conducted to evaluate the personality traits of the candidate. The candidate may be asked about his/her qualities, weaknesses, achievements, family background, hobbies, career plans, etc. Further, the panel may ask your suggestions or opinion on certain scenarios or situations that arise at workplace.
