Polaris Software is a world renowned banking and insurance software company founded in 1993. The main function of the company is that it offers comprehensive solutions for corporate banking, wealth & asset management and insurance. The Polaris-Test-Pattern and Selection Procedure is as follows:
The company conducts recruitment process every year to select new candidates. The selection process of the company consists of 4 rounds. These rounds are as follows:
- Written Exam
- Group Discussion
- Technical Interview
- HR Interview
- The candidates must not have a gap year.
- The candidate must not have any active backlogs at the time of campus recruitment.
- The candidate must have secured an aggregate of 65% in 10th , 12th and B.Tech.
Pattern of Written Exam:

The total time allotted to the written exam is 70 minutes. There is no negative marking in the paper.
- Aptitude section consists of questions based on data interpretation, graphs, blood relations, statement reasoning, etc. Also, there are questions from basic mathematics like time, speed & distance, algebra, arithmetic, permutation & combination, etc. Further, there are questions from English language like grammar usage, fill in the blanks, etc.
Overall the level of the paper is easy to moderate . Only those candidates who clear the written exam will qualify for the next round.
