Basically, Ernst and Young is the derived from merged organizations. In 1989, Ernst & Ernst merged with Arthur Young & Co. and Ernst & Young has been formed globally.
In 2015, EY opened its first global security operations centre at Thiruvanthapuram, Kerala, India in order to decrease the cyber crimes.
