Recruitment Process of Nutanix
Nutanix conducts recruitment in almost 4-5 selection rounds. The process mainly consists of 2 written rounds, followed by 2-3 interviews. The company places special emphasis on innovation and creative skills while shortlisting candidates. Campus recruitments mostly include face-to-face interactions but in case of direct application, the candidate is required to go through a few telephonic interview rounds.   • Graduate in B.Tech
  • Good academics
Online Coding Round
In the first stage, the candidates are given 60 minutes to answer 2 coding questions. Generally, the questions are of moderate level of difficulty. In order to qualify, candidate should have a good grasp on basic programming concepts, programming languages (C, C++, Java) and DBMS. The shortlisted candidates are then called for the next written round.
Debugging Round
This is a pen-paper test of 50 minutes. It consists of 2 questions and the candidates are required to identify errors in the given programs. Debugging round is a crucial and deciding one. Here, the candidate is expected to pay extra attention to prove his/her proficiency. Once the candidate clears this round, he/she is called for the technical interviews.
Technical Interviews
Usually, the technical interview is of 45 minutes. There may be 1-2 technical interview rounds to test the academic/course knowledge of the candidate. Also, the candidate is required to solve a question within the specified time duration. A few questions are asked around information provided in candidate’s resume, work experience, and projects.
HR Interview
This is the final stage of selection at Nutanix. In this interview, candidate is probed around his/her background, personality traits, interests, career plans, location preferences, etc. Some of the questions may revolve around candidate’s extracurriculars and related activities.
