The written exam conducted by Aspire for selection is moderate to difficult. The exam has around 40 questions from Analytical Ability, Quantitative Aptitude, Verbal Ability and Technical sections with a total time allotment of 60 minutes. Quantitative Aptitude section (around 10 questions) consists of questions based on mathematical topics such as algebra, time & work, time, speed & distance, arithmetic, percentages, profit & loss, geometry, etc. The candidate is usually tested on topics like coding-decoding, puzzles, blood relations, pie charts and tables, syllogism and picking out the odd figure in the Analytical Ability (around 10 questions)section. The Verbal Ability (around 10 questions) consists of questions on grammar usage like prepositions, antonyms, synonyms, sentence completion and reading comprehensions. Technical section (around 10 questions) questions were spread across all areas including OS, C language, Computer Organization, Networks, etc.
