  • Get your user id and password from your Training and Placement Officer. Login and start learning the modules. Your TPO will provide further information on classroom training, mock tests, etc.
  • Can I access the course content on my mobile phone?
  • Spruce learning management system can be easily accessed from a variety of devices like computer, tablet or smartphone. On the Spruce website, simply go to student login, go to your student account and start learning.
  • I forgot my username & password, how can I retrieve the information?
  • Go to login>forgot password>enter your registered email>reset password. Alternatively, you can also email us at webadministrator@hitbullseye.com
  • How can I download course material?
  • Every downloadable course material, be it video, ebook or assignment, will have an active link next to it. Click the Download link to access the course material offline.
  • Something on the site isn’t working, whom do I contact?

  • When does my Spruce account expire?
  • Your present Spruce account is available to you throughout the semester/year you are currently studying in. If and when you move up to another semester/year, your Spruce account will automatically renew itself.
