Arista specializes in providing advanced products and solutions for large scale datacenter, cloud computing, Web 2.0 and similar environments. At present, the company has more than 5000 major customers. Arista Networks India Private Limited was launched in 2010. In India, the company has offices at Bengaluru and Pune.
Arista Networks Recruitment Process
Arista follows a series of 3-4 rounds of selection to recruit appropriate candidates for various job profiles. The recruitment process starts with resume shortlisting, after which a coding test is conducted. After the coding test, the candidates are called for interview rounds. In case of direct applicants, a telephonic interview is held before 2-3 rounds of onsite screening. Given below are the detailed stages of Arista selection process:

Eligibility Criteria
  • Graduate in B.Tech or equivalent from a recognized university/institute.
  • Minimum of 70% or 8.5 CGPA in class 10th, 12th and graduation.
  • No active backlogs at the time of interview rounds.
Coding Round
In the first stage, candidates appear for an online/paper-based coding test. The test comprises of 4-10 questions, of subjective and objective type. Questions are based on coding problems, arrays, programming languages, etc. The level of the test is moderate to difficult. Duration of this round varies from 45 to 90 minutes, depending upon the number and type of questions.
Technical Interview Round
Once the candidates clear the coding test, they are called for 1-2 rounds of technical interviews. Each interview lasts for 45-90 minutes. In this round, the candidates are evaluated for their knowledge of data structures, algorithms, DBMS, operating systems, networking, OOPs concepts, etc. Also, the candidates may be asked to solve a few questions. It is recommended that the candidates get a good grasp on the fundamentals of atleast two subjects of their respective engineering stream.
HR Interview
This is the final round of selection at Arista. Here, the candidates are asked questions related to their resume, projects, experience, internships, personality traits, values, background, etc. A few technical questions may also be given to solve or answer. In other words, this stage can be considered as a technical-cum-HR round. This interview is usually over in about 30-45 minutes.
